Support for graduate education comes from a variety of sources but is augmented by several NIH and NSF-based training grants.

A competitive stipend and tuition scholarship are awarded to all students admitted to the program.

All students who are admitted into our Ph.D. training are awarded a graduate assistantship, which includes a full tuition waiver and an annual stipend. Health and dental benefits are also provided. Faculty in the program are associated with two NIH sponsored training grants, Chemical Biology and Biotechnology, to which admitted students are eligible to apply.
